[Early in the evening of July 9th, Susan Richards wakes up in a very, very strange place, an unfamiliar couch. In YOUR living room. She blinks and looks around, extremely confused. When this strange, blond woman sees you...her eyes go wide she disappears, clothes and all. Astute listeners may hear the sounds of her feet as she gets up and moves away from you and the couch.]

Wha! What on Earth?! WHO are you and WHERE am I?

[Susan's voice is pretty demanding for an invisible person who just woke up in your house, and it seems to be coming from all around you, her powers distorting it.

Maybe you could help talk some sense into her? Explain the situation? Perhaps you're feeling pretty mad? Break time, go nuts! This isn't locked to anyone!]

[Much, much later, Susan's voice will appear over the journal after she's collected herself and gotten out of whoever's house she wound up in]

Hello everyone. This is Susan Richards of the Fantastic Four. If there are any members of the Fantastic Four, the Avengers, the X-Men, or even anyone that just recognizes my name I would appreciate it if you would get in touch with me. Hell, even if you are just feeling helpful and are willing to share information, I'd really appreciate it. I've just arrived and I need help getting my bearings. I don't want to impose, but I really need some answers.

Also, if anyone comes across a blue jumpsuit with a 4 on it, I'd ask that they not touch it, its made of highly unstable molecules that can react oddly to anyone that isn't me.

[Her voice isn't terribly upset, more confused. Its not like she's never woken up in strange places or been in rough situations alone before. Thats...sort of what the Fantastic Four do!]

(OOC: Feel free to break time with the action portion of the post! I've got nobody in particular who needs to find her so she can wake up in anyone's living room that wants an Invisible Woman)

I'm thinking Susie. [Formality gone. Here comes the nicknames.

He hauls himself into an adjacent seat before ditches the crutches against the counter top, watching Pepper go before answering the question.]

Got into a little scrap on the moon with a spartan with giant wings. [That's not even half the story, but it's all he's going to tell.]

[And she's back ~~it's MAGIC~~ with said drinks. Tony gets the scotch, and Pepper settles neatly into the chair next to him.]

Thankfully he's getting the cast off soon. [Very thankfully. The restriction on recreational activities is less amusing the longer it goes on, even if Pepper is determined to stick to it.]

[She shrugs. Thats...exactly what her Tony Stark used to call her before all that mess. Besides, its what Ben calls her...and provided he doesn't add a Q its no big]

Well thats good to know. And...did you say spartan on the moon? One of the battles you mention then?

[Consider her nonplussed. No real thrill, the moon.]

Welcome back, Pepper.

Oh, I'm sorry Billy. Were you really going to bed this early?

[She sounds apologetic, but there's a tone of urgency in her voice]

Listen, I've just talked to Ms. Pepper Potts. You and I...need to talk about something.

Oh, you'd be surprised. Alternate timelines and realities are a complete jumble.

[He stands there and stares for a long moment, looking sort of like a deer caught in headlights. He snaps back before too long though, hurriedly running back to the bathroom and clear his mouth. How embarrassing...

A minute later he's back, rubbing a hand over his chin, looking significantly less panicked. Hopefully she's let herself in since he vanished.]

Ah... it's okay, I was just getting ready. What is it?

... Let's go with I don't want to imagine myself another way.

...About a year and a half now, I guess.

[He sips the scotch before answering--and yes, thankfully the cast is coming off soon indeed. He would have thought twice about getting busted up in space had he known the consequences would be so severe.]

A draft. The Spartan-like ones are our assigned enemies--the Third Party.

[Assigned because, well, they don't exactly choose to fight them.]

I wouldn't be surprised if we're off the hook for awhile, though. Drafts don't come around often.

[All eyes are on Tony then, and Pepper takes the opportunity to eat one of her olives. It's not a story she likes to hear, even if Tony is thankfully not giving details.

At least this one ends well. Hopefully.]

Haha, thats the best way to look at it. You are you, they are them. Most of the other Peter's I've met have been very close though. With the bite and things.

Quite a long time. And what have you been doing this whole time?

Hey... [That's quite the introduction, miss. The kid's just grinning from ear to ear as he recognizes her from from an old friend's comic books.]

[He doesn't know much beyond that, but still, how cool is that? That'd have been a great ability to have in middle school for avoiding bullies.]

Lovely. Why are we fighting them again? The guidebook was pretty slim on the information there.

[She takes another sip and waits for Tony]

[Suddenly, she sounds like the parent his parents have never actually been. Ayumu doesn't know what to do with adult authority.] Uh... hanging out, I guess?

[...Oh boy. Heavy conversation incoming. Billy hesitates again, then wanders over to get a couple of glasses, filling one with water and offering it out to her. He's going to need a drink for this one- his throat's already feeling dry from just it being mentioned.]

He's... he's not the same Tony Stark. Their whole universe is different.

[And he's actually kind of jealous.]

[She pauses, thinking how he might know this]

Let me guess, comic books?

[Sue laughs at his rather odd reaction...]

Don't worry, I'm just curious. What's there to DO around here?

I'm well aware. I've spoken to both Tony and to Ms. Pepper Potts.

[She shakes her head but accepts the water]

Alternate realities aren't that odd for me, you know. What I'd like for you to do is NOT tell Tony about the war. The SRA I've mentioned, offhandedly. But both Pepper and I agree that its not a good idea.

Yeah. [A sheepish grin. He absently rubs the nape of his neck.] I ain't no big collector, but a former friend a' mine, uh, he'd have a bunch of different stuff an' lemme read 'em.

[Oh... huh. That's not quite what he expected. He pours himself a glass and goes to sit down, mulling that over for a moment.]

I hadn't planned on telling him... but what if he wants to know? Isn't it his choice?

[Peter takes a moment to think, placing a finger on his chin.]

Has there been an exception? You know. One who didn't get bit.

Ahh, yeah Namor.

[He knows that guy fffff.]

We uh... we don't usually see eye to eye all that much.

Then you should tell him, but...not yet. Give it some time, since Steve. Captain America. He just arrived.

[She takes a drink]

Really, I think its Steve that doesn't need to know. I'm not saying you'll go around telling every single person in the village, I just want to ask you to be careful with what becomes public knowledge. I'll be doing the same.
